Igor’s installation “Tessellated Floorscape” is included in the group show “Housebroken” at Flux Factory in New York.
Igor receives research funding from the University of Texas at Austin for “Spatial Tessellations,” a project investigating novel relationships between tessellated geometries, digital fabrication and interior products.
Igor is appointed tenure-track Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Architecture.
Igor has confirmed his participation in the upcoming Mexico City conference organized by the global think tank Davies + Jauregui. He will participate in a panel discussion titled “Constructing New Materials,” focusing on emerging relationships between built environments and social change.
Igor works on the exhibit 10×10 CITIES, a collaboration between CCA/URBANlab and AIASF. The traveling exhibit deals with urbanism and sustainability and is currently on view at 3A Gallery in San Francisco. Through May 15.
